In a groundbreaking initiative, le Roux has partnered with the B4i Academy to uplift South Africa’s estimated four million deaf individuals. This collaboration aims to provide tailored training programs that enhance accessibility and quality, with a focus on skills development and economic participation.

The partnership is part of the Mia Le Roux Movement, which seeks to break down barriers faced by disabled individuals in education and employment. Since its pilot launch in October 2022, the program has successfully facilitated 120 learnerships, supported by a significant investment from Group Elephant. This success lays the foundation for the first public learnership campaign, which officially launches today.
