LEVA Hotels to Develop Billion Lifestyle Hotel in Bulawayo, Zimbabwe

LEVA Hotels is making a significant investment in Zimbabwe’s hospitality sector with a new luxury hotel project.

The Dubai-based hotel brand has signed a management agreement with Radar Properties to develop a US billion lifestyle hotel in Kings City, Bulawayo. This project will feature 120 keys, including guest rooms and serviced hotel residences, aimed at both business and leisure travelers.

This new hotel will be part of a larger 2,100-hectare mixed-use development, strategically located as a gateway to major attractions like Victoria Falls, Hwange, and the Matobo Hills. This marks LEVA Hotels’ fourth signed project in Zimbabwe, following their recent entry into Harare. The expansion reflects the brand’s commitment to enhancing the hospitality landscape in Southern Africa.
