Airports Company South Africa (ACSA) has reported significant financial growth for the 2025/26 financial year.
Revenue surged by 11.6% to R8.81 billion, while net profit rose to R1.20 billion, up from R1.14 billion the previous year. This growth was driven by increased passenger volumes and a diversification strategy that bolstered both aeronautical and non-aeronautical revenue streams.

Airports Company South Africa’s financial results reveal a robust performance for the 2025/26 financial year. The company achieved an 11.6% increase in revenue, reaching R8.81 billion. This growth reflects the recovery in passenger numbers and the expansion of its non-aeronautical businesses.
Aeronautical revenue saw a notable rise of 15.2%, totaling R4.68 billion, while non-aeronautical revenue, which includes income from property rentals and parking, increased by 7.7% to R4.18 billion. The increase in departing passengers by 8.5% and a 6.5% tariff hike contributed to this positive trend.
ACSA’s Diversification Strategy Pays Off
The financial results underscore ACSA’s successful diversification strategy. The company aims to become a leading global partner in airport management solutions by 2030. This vision is supported by its commitment to developing world-class airports that facilitate national socio-economic growth.
Despite challenges, profit before tax rose to R1.99 billion from R1.81 billion. ACSA’s capital spending also increased to R1.1 billion, primarily focused on maintaining and enhancing airport infrastructure.
