Lao students have made their mark at Vinh University by winning third prize in a prestigious singing competition.
This achievement comes during the 2025-2026 academic year, marking the first time Lao students participated in the event. A total of 37 representatives showcased their talents, celebrating unity and cultural ties between Laos and Vietnam.

The “Student Singing” competition was organized to honor the 136th birth anniversary of Ho Chi Minh. It also commemorated the 115th anniversary of his departure to seek a path for national salvation. This year, the event featured the inaugural participation of Lao students, who were led by the Lao Student Committee.
The Lao team performed traditional arts and culture through music and dance, emphasizing themes of unity and prosperity. Their efforts were recognized with a third-place finish, reflecting their dedication and talent.
