Piața 9 Brings Fresh Food Concept to Bucharest
Piața 9 is a Romanian fresh food concept that combines various gastronomic areas, including premium butchery and bakery. The company operates several divisions, employing over 150 people. The Bakery P9 format will focus on artisanal products and a direct consumer experience, integrating into the urban community.
Before launching in Romania, co-founders Anca and Daniel Galea gained over 10 years of experience in the UK, developing a butchery business that worked with major retailers. This background has influenced the quality standards and operational model they now implement in Romania.
