Lagos State Begins Major Road Rehabilitation Project

The rehabilitation of the Lekki/Epe Road will be executed in eight sections, utilizing a flexible asphalt pavement. This phased approach allows for systematic upgrades while minimizing disruption. The Special Adviser on Infrastructure, Mr. Olufemi Daramola, emphasized the importance of this project during a recent site tour.

Traffic management will be a priority during the rehabilitation. The Lagos State Commissioner for Transportation, Mr. Oluwaseun Osiyemi, stated that work will be conducted at various intersections rather than closing the entire corridor at once.
