Egypt’s New VR Experience on Cleopatra

The press conference at the Palazzo Reale in Milan attracted significant attention, with around 150 journalists in attendance. Among the notable figures present were Egypt’s Consul in Milan, Walid Osman, and tourism expert Walid El-Batouty. Dr. Hawass highlighted the project’s goal of unveiling the historical truth about Cleopatra, moving beyond her legendary status.

This project is particularly timely, as it coincides with ongoing excavations at “Taposiris Magna,” where Dr. Martinez is searching for Cleopatra’s tomb. The collaboration aims to combine archaeological findings with cutting-edge technology to enhance the storytelling of Cleopatra’s life.
