Trinasolar Powers Egypt’s Clean-Energy Future at Solar & Storage Live Egypt

Cairo, Egypt — April 29: The stage is set at the Egypt International Exhibition Center as Trinasolar—a global frontrunner in photovoltaic (PV) and energy storage solutions—returns to Solar & Storage Live Egypt. Scheduled for April 29 and 30, this event showcases the remarkable advancements the company is making to support Egypt’s ambitious clean energy transition.

In a thriving region marked by its unique climate and energy challenges, Trinasolar is stepping up its game. The company is committed to Egypt’s Integrated Sustainable Energy Strategy 2035, which aims for an impressive 42% of electricity to be derived from renewable sources. Vincent Wu, Global Sales Vice President, expressed pride in the role Trinasolar is playing to transform Egypt into a regional clean energy hub. “Our high-efficiency solar modules and advanced storage systems are meticulously designed to perform optimally under the harsh conditions prevalent in this area,” he noted.

At the exhibition, Trinasolar will present its cutting-edge technology, including the bifacial Vertex N 630W and Vertex N 720W modules—both designed to maximize energy yield while combating the dust common in desert environments. Moreover, attendees can explore the Trina Storage Elementa 2 Pro, an innovative energy storage system tailored to endure extreme temperatures and varying grid conditions.

With a remarkable track record of .88 billion in revenue and over 0 million invested in research and development in just the first three quarters of 2024, Trinasolar stands out as a beacon of innovation in the renewable energy sector. The company has also filed more than 6,000 patent applications globally, underscoring its commitment to technological advancement.

One of the most exciting projects under Trinasolar’s belt is the collaboration with AMEA Power on the Abydos Battery Energy Storage Project in Aswan.
