Talaat Moustafa Group is set to enhance its operations through a strategic partnership with SAP SE.
The Egyptian real estate giant has entered a five-year agreement to implement cloud ERP and business artificial intelligence, aiming to modernize its infrastructure and improve services for over 1.5 million residents. This initiative follows a successful relationship with SAP that began in 2006.
Talaat Moustafa Group Enhances Digital Transformation
Under the new agreement, TMG will adopt RISE with SAP to modernize its enterprise resource planning infrastructure. This transition aims to enhance cloud operations and strengthen cybersecurity while deploying advanced analytics and SAP Business AI.
Ahmed Abdallah, TMG’s deputy executive vice president of information technology, emphasized that the transition will accelerate data processing and improve operational efficiency. This move is crucial for supporting TMG’s expansion and enhancing service delivery across its developed communities.
Financial Growth and Project Expansion
TMG reported a net profit of EGP 5.5 billion (0.3 million) for the three months ended March 2026, marking a 24% increase from EGP 4.4 billion the previous year. The company’s backlog reached EGP 457.9 billion (.2 billion), while total assets stood at EGP 475.2 billion (.5 billion).
The SouthMED coastal project has been a significant sales driver, generating contractual sales of EGP 382.2 billion (.35 billion). TMG is also expanding its portfolio with new projects, including Sharm Bay in Egypt and Joud and Yamal in Oman.
