The Kia Ownership Experience runs from May 11-17, 2026, at the Kia Glenmarie flagship 3S centre. This initiative aims to strengthen ties with customers and improve aftersales services, featuring a 65-point inspection for around 100 Kia owners.

Hyung Ho Kim, president and CEO of KSM, emphasized the importance of this event in showcasing their commitment to service excellence.

During the event, Kia owners will receive a thorough 65-point inspection of their vehicles, conducted by Hyung Gyu Choi, the senior technical manager with over 34 years of experience. This hands-on approach aims to instill confidence in Kia’s aftersales operations.
