APC endorses Barau Jibrin and Alhassan Doguwa for reelection in Kano

The All Progressives Congress (APC) is solidifying its candidate endorsements in Kano ahead of the upcoming elections.

The APC stakeholders committee in Kano North has endorsed Deputy Senate President Barau Jibrin for reelection. Similarly, Alhassan Doguwa has received backing for the House of Representatives from the Tudun Wada/Doguwa Federal Constituency committee.

Local leaders from 13 local government areas (LGAs) in Kano North have formally endorsed Barau Jibrin as their preferred candidate. They praised his leadership for fostering stability and growth in the region.

Speakers at the endorsement event highlighted Jibrin’s ability to harmonize diverse interests and maintain a consistent presence in his constituency. His efforts in developmental projects were also acknowledged.

Committee member Isyaku Haruna emphasized Jibrin’s extensive achievements, particularly in infrastructure and human capital development, which have positively impacted households in the district.
