This facility spans approximately 920 square meters and includes various operational areas, enhancing Sonangol’s commitment to technological modernization and efficiency. The inauguration coincided with the company’s 50th anniversary celebrations.

The National Fuel Society of Angola, known as Sonangol, has officially opened its new Corporate Data Center in Luanda. This state-of-the-art facility is designed to consolidate the company’s operations and improve its response to the digital and energy transitions.
With a total area of 920 square meters, the data center includes an administrative area, a security operations center, and dedicated rooms for monitoring infrastructure and systems. Currently, 182 square meters of the data center are in effective use, with plans for future expansion.
