First National Bank (FNB) announced that its eBucks Rewards programme has won three prestigious awards at the 2026 International Loyalty Awards in Atlanta. This recognition includes Best B2B Rewards Programme Worldwide, Best Global Loyalty Programme in Financial Services for the third consecutive year, and Best International Loyalty Programme of the Year in Africa.

The eBucks Rewards programme marks a significant milestone, celebrating 25 years of customer rewards innovation. FNB CEO Lytania Johnson emphasized that these awards reflect the bank’s commitment to delivering practical value to customers, especially during financially challenging times. Since its inception, eBucks has paid out more than R25 billion in rewards to South Africans. The bank aims to distribute over R2.7 billion in rewards during the current year, showcasing its dedication to enhancing customer value.
