Air Europa to Launch Johannesburg-Madrid Flights on June 24

Air Europa is set to enhance connectivity between South Africa and Spain with new flights starting June 24.

APG South Africa has been appointed as the local General Sales Agent for Air Europa. The airline will operate three weekly flights between Johannesburg and Madrid, utilizing a Boeing 787 Dreamliner.

New Johannesburg-Madrid Flights Launching Soon

Air Europa will commence its Johannesburg-Madrid service on June 24, offering three flights per week. The flights will leave Johannesburg at 18h55 on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays, arriving in Madrid at 05h05 the next day.

The return journey will see flights departing Madrid on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 23h45, landing in Johannesburg at 09h50 the following day. This new route aims to facilitate travel between the two cities.

APG’s Role in Air Europa’s Expansion

As the appointed local GSA, APG South Africa will handle all sales and marketing efforts for Air Europa in South Africa. This includes managing ticket sales and providing support to the local travel trade.

Fares for the new flights are already available across major Global Distribution Systems (GDS) in South Africa, ensuring easy access for travelers.
