Namesh Govender expands his towing fleet with a new Hino truck.

Govender has added a 65-ton, 700 Series model to his towing business in KwaZulu-Natal. This new truck features a 40-ton winch and is designed for visibility with its customized livery.

Govender’s Commitment to Hino Trucks

Since 2005, Namesh Govender has exclusively used Hino trucks for his towing operations. His fleet currently includes two other models, the Hino 814 and 915, alongside a history of owning various Hino vehicles, including 8-tonners and a Toyota Dyna.

The 700 Series truck was acquired towards the end of 2025, and Govender has praised its performance, particularly in fuel economy and power. The model also boasts a comprehensive standard level of safety equipment, enhancing its appeal for towing operations.

KZN’s Growing Towing Industry

Govender’s business, Style Towing, is based in Springfield, Newlands West, Durban. The new truck’s bodywork was crafted by Transpec in Durban, while the striking livery was designed by Artistic Signs and Graphics, showcasing local talent.

Dedicated driver Keenan Govender has been with Style Towing for two years, contributing to the company’s reputation for reliability and service in the towing sector.
