Opening the summit on Tuesday, Zambian President Hakainde Hichilema delivered an inspiring call to action for African nations, urging them to harness digital platforms as powerful catalysts for economic development.

This year’s summit, attended by around 500 delegates from 26 African countries, will delve into critical topics such as digital identity and verification, e-government infrastructure, cybersecurity, data protection, online taxation, and digital payments.
