Peppermint Crisp Avocado Ice Cream

Preparation Time: 10 minutes + freezing

Ingredients:
– 1 avocado, chopped
– 500 ml (2 cups) cream
– 385 g can of condensed milk
– 49 g Peppermint Crisp chocolate, finely crushed

Method:
1. Blend the avocado until smooth. Mix in half the cream and blend again.
2. Stir in the remaining cream, condensed milk, and chocolate.
3. Freeze for about 8 hours, stirring occasionally to break up ice crystals until it reaches a soft-serve consistency.

Serving suggestion: Serve in cones and sprinkle with extra Peppermint Crisp and mint leaves for that perfect touch.
