Atlas Elevators Company Announces New Partnership with Egypt’s Atlas Electromechanical

As per the recent approval from the Board of Directors on March 2, 1446 AH, effectively setting this venture in motion on May 9, 2024, the two companies will form a mixed limited liability company aiming to enhance elevator installation and maintenance services across the region.

The new company, with a capital investment of 100,000 Saudi riyals, is positioned to make a considerable impact as it will operationalize key activities that complement existing operations. Atlas Elevators will hold a 40% stake in the joint venture, while its Egyptian partners will maintain the majority share with 60%.
