Reflecting on the recent SADC summit held in Harare, where Madagascar’s President Andry Rajoelina took over the chairmanship, Shamu noted significant strides made during Mnangagwa’s term. “On that day, Madagascar and Mauritius signed the Agreement Amending the Treaty, bringing our member states to 15 — a testament to the dynamic leadership exhibited by our President,” he stated enthusiastically.
