During a recent meeting in Tunis, officials from Libya and Tunisia discussed expanding land transport collaboration. The talks, held on 11 and 12 August, focused on proposals to develop Libya’s transport system and activate a bilateral agreement from 1996 regarding the transport of passengers and goods.

One of the main topics was the activation of the 1996 bilateral agreement aimed at facilitating the transport of passengers and goods by road. Both sides emphasized the need to improve services and streamline transport procedures at border crossings.
