ZBFH Reports Strong Financial Performance in 2025

ZB Financial Holdings (ZBFH) has praised the stable exchange rates throughout 2025, which contributed to its financial results. The chairperson, Agnes Makamure, noted that despite global headwinds, the operating environment remained relatively stable. The Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe’s tight monetary policy, with a maintained policy rate of 35%, played a crucial role in this stability.

The bank’s total assets grew from ZWG14.249 billion in 2024, driven by increased cash balances and investments. However, net profit declined from ZWG1.042 billion in 2024 due to reduced foreign exchange gains, although the underlying performance showed improvement.
