Transnational Corporation Plc has taken significant steps to enhance its corporate governance and shareholder returns during its 20th Annual General Meeting in Abuja.

Shareholders approved a final dividend of N1.60 per share, bringing the total dividend for the 2025 financial year to N2.00 per share. The meeting also saw the re-election of three independent directors and the reconstitution of the statutory audit committee.

During the AGM, shareholders expressed their confidence by approving a final dividend of N1.60 per ordinary share for the 2025 financial year. This amount, combined with an interim dividend of 40 kobo per share paid in August 2025, results in a total dividend of N2.00 per share for the year.

The meeting also included the re-election of three independent non-executive directors: Victor Famuyibo, Ahmadu Sambo, and Foluke Abdulrazaq, OON. This move aims to strengthen the board’s oversight and governance.
