On April 3, 2026, President Dr. Julius Maada Bio, alongside First Lady Fatima Maada Bio, commemorated the 120th Speech Day and Prize-Giving Ceremony of Bo Government Secondary School. The event celebrated over a century of excellence in education, attended by alumni, students, and dignitaries.

The ceremony, themed “Bo School at 120 – Celebrating a Rich Legacy and Inspiring Generations,” featured the commissioning of two main entrance gates. It brought together Paramount Chiefs, past and present students, and key stakeholders to reflect on the school’s legacy and future.
