Vocational Training Completed for 207 Mai-Nefhi College Students and Staff

In a significant initiative, 207 students and staff from Mai-Nefhi College of Science have completed three months of vocational training. This program included 116 female students and covered diverse skills such as sign language, basic Arabic, photo editing, and film directing.

The training program, organized by the National Union of Eritrean Youth and Students branch of Sawa, aims to enhance the vocational capacity of students while they pursue their regular education. Prof. Gebray Asgedom, Dean of the College, emphasized the importance of sustaining such programs to ensure ongoing development.

Mr. Romodan Mohammednur, a representative of the union branch, urged trainees to apply their newly acquired skills in real-world scenarios. This practical application is crucial for improving their future job prospects and livelihoods.
