The City of Harare, in partnership with Helcraw Water, has launched a prepaid water meter installation program in several suburbs, including Avondale West, Sunridge, and parts of Mabelreign and Greencroft. Councillor Happymore Gotora has acknowledged the challenges faced during the rollout, noting that residents have numerous questions regarding the new system.
