Kwangwoon University is paving the way for international collaboration in semiconductor education.

Professors from Kwangwoon University recently delivered a series of lectures at the Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology (HCMUT) in Vietnam. This initiative, which began on January 12, involved three faculty members teaching core subjects in semiconductor design for two weeks.

The lectures focused on semiconductor circuit design and very large scale integration system design. They were aimed at third- and fourth-year students majoring in semiconductor engineering at HCMUT. Each faculty member provided over 10 hours of instruction per course, enhancing the students’ understanding of critical topics in the field.

In addition to the lectures, special seminars and workshops were organized for both undergraduate and graduate students. These sessions aimed to broaden educational exchange and foster collaboration between the two institutions.
