His administration will not demolish structures or dispossess citizens without adequate compensation, a commitment made during the distribution of cheques to 189 affected households. The governor emphasized that public interest cannot override private rights without restitution.

At a recent event in Rigasa, Governor Uba Sani assured residents that his government would prioritize fairness in property displacement.
