Cazaly Resources is making significant strides in Namibia’s mining sector with a new prospecting licence.

The company has secured an exclusive prospecting licence over an area exceeding 790 sq km at Abenab North, located in the Otavi Copper Belt. This region is known for its historic high-grade Tsumeb copper mine and other valuable mineral deposits.

Cazaly Resources Expands in Namibia’s Otavi Copper Belt

The newly acquired area is highly prospective for copper, base metals, rare earths, and vanadium. Historic drilling has already revealed substantial rare earth mineralisation, and several larger magnetic anomalies remain untested. This indicates the potential for significant mineral discoveries in the future.

Situated near Tsumeb and Grootfontein, approximately 450 km from Windhoek, the project was last systematically explored in 2010. It contains multiple high-priority, walk-up targets that Cazaly Resources plans to explore further.
