Starting December 13, 2025, Vietjet flights from Ho Chi Minh City to Thanh Hoa and Hanoi will operate from a new check-in area. This move aims to reduce congestion and improve passenger convenience, especially during the busy travel season for public holidays and the Lunar New Year in 2026.
Vietjet’s New Check-in Area Enhancements
The new check-in area at Hall A of Terminal T1 will feature upgraded services and modern technologies designed to streamline the check-in process. These enhancements are expected to significantly ease congestion, particularly during peak travel times.
Vietjet has proactively informed passengers about the relocation and has implemented clear signage throughout the terminal. Support staff will be available in both Hall A and Hall B to assist travelers in navigating to the correct check-in area, ensuring a smooth experience.
