Isiah Mzuthini Ntshangase, a member of the Liqoqo King’s Advisory Council, testified that he recommended Masiphula Ntshangase for the Chief position of Mkhwakhweni. This statement led to questions about the authority of such appointments, which traditionally rests with the Ingwenyama, or King.
