Windhoek Welcomes New Mayor: Ndeshihafela Larandja Takes the Helm
In a significant turning point for the City of Windhoek, Ndeshihafela Larandja from the Independent Patriots for Change (IPC) has been elected as the new Mayor in a ballot process conducted this past Tuesday.
