Kenza Hospitality Investments. This partnership, announced on January 14, 2025, is set to enhance the vibrant landscape of the Mandalika Special Economic Zone located in West Nusa Tenggara (NTB).

Troy Reza Warokka, the Commercial Director of ITDC, shared insights about PT Kenza Hospitality Investments, which is led by a dynamic Moroccan entrepreneur. This innovative company is making waves with five distinct restaurant outlets offering a variety of menus, each attracting a diverse clientele, including international tourists eager to experience the culinary delights of Indonesia.

Warokka emphasized the importance of this collaboration, stating, “This partnership further establishes Mandalika as a premier sports tourism hub, fully aligned with the vision outlined by Minister of State-Owned Enterprises, Erick Thohir.” He noted that the growth of investments in Mandalika not only signifies economic progress but also reflects the confidence investors have in ITDC as their trusted partner.

Beyond economic metrics, ITDC is committed to real development activities that foster socio-cultural impacts and offer employment opportunities to local communities. Warokka expressed gratitude towards stakeholders and investors, encouraging a spirit of ongoing cooperation to fuel Indonesia’s growth, particularly in Mandalika.

As part of InJourney, a state-owned company overseeing integrated tourism destinations, ITDC plays a crucial role in promoting iconic locations like The Nusa Dua in Bali and The Golo Mori in NTT. Warokka is optimistic about attracting both domestic and international visitors, further solidifying Mandalika’s position as a world-class destination.
