Patson Daka carried over his impressive Leicester City form onto the international stage with a strike in Zambia’s 1-1 draw with Cameroon on Tuesday.

Chipolopolo, managed by former Chelsea, West Ham United and Portsmouth manager Avram Grant, were in friendly action this week to prepare for the CAF Africa Cup of Nations.
Daka was named in the starting XI at King Abdullah Sports City in Saudi Arabia, making his 41st cap, on the back of netting four goals for the Foxes in December.
In the 11th minute, Daka pounced for his 19th goal at international level, although Darlin Yongwa levelled shortly after for Les Lions Indomptables.
Zambia’s AFCON campaign begins next Wednesday with a Group F opener against DR Congo at Stade de San Pédro in the Ivory Coast (8pm kick-off).
