Safa Two new launch in Dubai

After the tremendous success of Safa One, one of the leading UAE developers, DAMAC Properties, has released the long-awaited series – Safa Two. The envisioned residential project comes as a collaboration between the luxury Italian Swiss jewelry brand, de GRISOGONO, and DAMAC Properties. Situated on the edge of the iconic Safa Park, the tower-duo will have a distinctive royal shade of green on the outside, while its shape will pay tribute to a gorgeous necklace created by Fawaz Gruosi, the founder of de GRISOGONO.

When buying studios and 1 to 3-bedroom apartments in Safa Two, you will be granted privileged access to a variety of bespoke lifestyle amenities, including an artificial beach, a swimming pool, and a children’s area, just to name a few, which will all be nestled amongst rich greenery and cascading waterfalls. Every level will also be complemented by garden terraces, leveraging the essence of nature. Not forgetting the hanging gardens that will be spread across the 2 towers for a touch of artistic finesse. Besides regular floors, Safa Two will boast luxury and ultra-luxury floors for those who opt to choose the finer things in life.

DAMAC Properties has been at the forefront of the Middle East’s upscale real estate market since 2002, and its extensive portfolio features a range of award-winning properties across many global locations, such as the United Kingdom, and The Maldives, Lebanon, Iraq, Qatar, Jordan and many more. On top of that, the real estate giant is entering the US real estate market, as it will launch Cavalli-branded residences on a plot worth USD 120M in Miami. Among the latest releases by DAMAC Properties are the Malta and Venice clusters in the DAMAC Lagoons mega-community, which aims to bring Mediterranean resort-style living to Dubai, thanks to its crystal lagoons, sandy beaches, a floating theater, famous F&B brands, and other exciting amenities.
