Raffles The Palm Dubai new launch in Dubai

Royal Group has announced the launch of new ultra-luxury development with Dubai’s iconic European Palace and serviced villas, called Raffles The Palm Dubai. The 5-star luxurious beach resort on the West Crescent of Palm Jumeirah is inspired by palaces in Continental Europe and is where residents and guests of the complex will be able to enjoy an elegantly curated stay, as well as dining and leisure experiences.

Potential buyers are able to choose between four-bedroom Royal and Imperial Villas located by the sea, with property sizes varying from 8,367 sq. ft to 9,343 sq. ft at Raffles The Palm Dubai. The price of these spacious villas range from AED 52.1M (USD 14.2M) to AED 87M (USD 23,6M).

Villas are uniquely positioned adjacent to the shoreline and offer direct access to the resort’s private beach with white sand from the Maldives, as well as enchanting gardens with tropical plants. The standalone private residences have 4 floors and will have a private entrance, a jacuzzi, a private spa, and two swimming pools, one of which is outdoor and the other is located on the rooftop. The layout of the luxurious villas includes a maid’s room and a driver’s room, which provides residents with the possibility to hire their own staff and assistants.

World-class amenities in the Raffles The Palm Dubai development include Royal Palm Trees, private beach access, 8 premium restaurants, a mini golf course and much more. The resort is distinguished by a strategic location in close vicinity to Dubai Marina and Downtown Dubai, which can be reached in about a 10-20 minute drive. One of the advantages of purchasing real estate in the Raffles The Palm Dubai development is the possibility to apply for a 5-year UAE Golden Visa, which provides a lot of benefits, including 100% business ownership by foreigners on the UAE’s mainland, and a long residency in the state, which can be renewed upon expiry.
