Over the past years, you have played a leading role in bringing the United Arab Emirates to a leading position in the region and the world in the fields of economic and scientific development, and you have been able to harness this position to build bridges and build strong strategic relations with the countries of the world in order to achieve the interests of the Emirates and the Arab region in general.
