وتنفيذًا لتلك الشراكة، جرى تخصيص صندوق استثماري تديره شركة &quot;القابضة&quot; (ADQ) قيمة 10 مليارات دولار للاستثمار في المشاريع المنبثقة عن القطاعات المتفق عليها.

وقال الشيخ منصور بن زايد إن &quot;هذه الشراكة تُجسد رؤية الشيخ محمد بن زايد آل نهيان رئيس الدولة، لتعزيز التكامل الصناعي مع الدول العربية وبقية بلدان العالم، من أجل تحقيق نقلة نوعية في القطاع الصناعي ليكون رافعة أساسية للاقتصاد&quot;.

وشدد محللون اقتصاديون وخبراء، على أهمية تلك الشراكة في الوقت الذي يموج العالم بأزمة اقتصادية عالمية، وبالتالي تأتي لتعزيز التعاون العربي ونقل الخبرات وجذب المزيد من الاستثمارات، لتحقيق طفرة في البلاد المندمجة تحت مظلة تلك الشراكة.

ويقول أستاذ التمويل والاستثمار مصطفى بدرة في تصريحات لموقع &quot;سكاي نيوز عربية&quot;، إن توطين الصناعة ستكون له استفادة متبادلة بين الدول الثلاث، وأتمنى اقتياد الدول العربية بنواة الشراكة التي اتفق عليها قادة الدول الشيخ محمد بن زايد آل نهيان رئيس دولة الإمارات، والرئيس المصري عبد الفتاح السيسي، وملك الأردن عبد الله الثاني بن الحسين، على أن تتوسع في المرحلة المقبلة.

وهذا ما أشار إليه رئيس الوزراء المصري مصطفى مدبولي، بالترحيب بمزيد من الدول في الشراكة الصناعية، والتي تهدف بالأساس لتوفير الاكتفاء الذاتي من السلع الرئيسية.

وأوضح بدرة أن هذه الشراكة سيكون لها مردود كبير بزيادة تحسين الخدمات والصناعة داخل الدول، وبالتالي تعود بالرخاء عليها من خلال تحسين قدراتها التشغيلية، وتوفر فرص عمل لمئات الآلاف من المواطنين، وكذلك الحفاظ على العملة الأجنبية التي تضغط على العملات المحلية، كما تحقق اكتفاءً ذاتيًّا وتفتح أسواقًا جديدة سواءً محلية بين دول الشراكة أو خارجية.

واعتبر أن المجالات المُختارة ضمن الشركة هي &quot;العمود الفقري للاقتصاد&quot;، بداية من ملف الزراعة والأغذية والأسمدة لتحقيق الاكتفاء الذاتي من المحاصيل الزراعية التي تؤثر علينا بشكل كبير، وكذلك صناعة الأدوية التي تحتاج إلى تبادل البحث العلمي وتمويل كبير وشراكة مع الشركات العالمية، ثم المعادن والبتروكيماويات والمنسوجات، وكلها تحقق رواجًا جيدًا للاقتصاد.

وأضاف أستاذ التمويل والاقتصاد أن المساندة والمساهمة بين الدول العربية تحسنان من قدراتنا الاقتصادية لمواجهة التحديات العالمية، خاصة في ظل المتغيرات الراهنة وما أحدثته الحرب الأوكرانية من آثار كبيرة، وبالتالي إن لم نكن صامدين أمام تلك التحديات ستكون التداعيات كبيرة على الشعوب العربية.

وتستهدف الشراكة الثلاثية تحقيق تنمية اقتصادية مستدامة في مجال الزراعة والأغذية الأسمدة، الأدوية والألبسة والمنسوجات، والمعادن، علمًا بأن الدول الثلاث تمتلك مصادر وفيرة من المعادن التي ستكون لها مساهمة مهمة في المنتجات ذات القيمة المضافة، حيث تقدر قيمة سوق الحديد والمعادن والألمونيوم والصلب في الدول الثلاث بـ13 مليار دولار وبمعدل نمو سنوي يصل إلى 2 بالمئة.

تفعيل الاستثمارات العربية

These countries also have strong capacities in the pharmaceutical industries and the potential for their development and expansion, increasing their production capacity and important production capacities in the areas of iron, aluminum, petrochemicals and derivatives.
