UAE COVID-19: Negative PCR result must to enter car testing centre

UAE – Another government department in the UAE has announced that negative Covid-19 PCR test results are mandatory for residents to enter.

As per new guidelines issued by the Ajman Transport Authority, the Customer Happiness Hall at the Speed Vehicle Testing Centre can be accessed by only those who have a negative PCR test result. The test should have been taken within 72 hours of entry.

Fully vaccinated customers are exempted from the rule

The requirement is applicable from Saturday, February 13, and is a precautionary measure against the spread of Covid-19.

A vaccine card or test results must be presented to the security personnel at the time of entry.

As per previous announcements, unvaccinated residents need negative PCR test results to enter police stations in Dubai and Sharjah.

The requirement is also in force at the Ras Al Khaimah Department of Economic Department.
