With the introduction of the golden visa a few years back in Dubai, it is now the services of the visa have been fast-paced. The General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs (GDRFA) in Dubai has begun implementing the recently announced, 24×7 ‘You are Special’ service.
In this new move, the accounts of its distinguished customers will be managed through these devoted services by allocating a team of advisors who will ensure the highest levels of service around the clock.
Through the services, all transactions of account holders from large companies will be supervised that have more than 10,000 sponsored employees, owners of Golden Visas, four- to five-star hotels, luxury hotel apartments, and strategic partners of GDRFA.
The main aim of the services is to no waste time and to ensure that transactions are completed within the approved time frame without much hassle.
Director-General of the GDRFA, Major General Mohammed Ahmed Al Marri emphasised that the initiative has come in response to the directives of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, who stated that happiness and the well-being of society should be at the forefront of the government’s work.
The services have been introduced to achieve customers’ happiness and through these services, customers can connect with a dedicated team round the clock to manage all enquiries related to GDRFA Dubai services.
“The service will provide a dedicated management team to answer the customer’s requests and questions. There will be a coordinator for them to answer their enquiries and work to solve any problem,” Al Marri added further.
