Gazpromneft-Aero, the operator of Gazprom Neft’s aviation fuel business, resumes refueling international flights at resorts in Egypt. This is stated in the message of Gazprom Neft.
Earlier, Russian President Vladimir Putin declared invalid his decree of November 8, 2015, which imposed a moratorium on charter flights with this country.
Gazpromneft-Aero has already resumed servicing Russian airlines in the United Arab Emirates and Cyprus in the first quarter of 2021.
Gazpromneft-Aero is a subsidiary of Gazprom Neft, which sells aviation fuel and refuels aircraft “in the wing” at 320 airports in 71 countries around the world. More than 260 Russian and foreign airlines are clients of Gazpromneft-Aero.
PJSC Gazprom Neft (TIN 5504036333) and its subsidiaries are holders of 61 licenses for exploration and development of fields. The proven oil reserves at the company’s fields exceed 4.5 billion barrels. The largest shareholder of the company is the Gazprom Group.
The profit attributable to the shareholders of PJSC Gazprom Neft under IFRS for the first quarter of 2021 amounted to 84.15 billion rubles against a loss of 13.8 billion rubles a year earlier. Revenue increased by 18.7% to RUB 610.98 billion from RUB 514.57 billion, EBITDA increased to RUB 173.7 billion from RUB 81.37 billion.
