As part of the property’s extensive transformation, Four Seasons Hotel Doha continues to elevate its dining offerings with the introduction of its newly refreshed Marina Terrace this month. Just in time for summer alfresco lounging, guests can savour spectacular marina views in a relaxed atmosphere.

With a backdrop of sweeping cityscapes, divine craft mocktails are as delightful and refreshing as they look with handmade infusions and fresh fruit-based syrups. Starters, snacks and salads offer a range of light, satisfying options while the star of the show is the metropolitan shawarma menu, including traditional favourites such as its slow-cooked tabletop chicken shawarma. The exotic seasonal fruit platter is a sweet and healthy ending to a breezy meal that would qualify as a true expression of art.
