May 5, 2021, Dubai, United Arab Emirates: This Eid Al-Fitr holiday, COYA Dubai will present diners an elegant four-course menu for early dining, especially designed for the special blessed occasion with family and friends, while upholding the venue’s dedication to an experience to entice all the senses.

“There is no better way to celebrate the ‘Festival of Breaking the Fast’ than sharing a delicious meal with loved ones, and so we have curated a special culinary experience that both our regular patrons and newcomers will enjoy,” said Stefano Pizzini, General Manager, COYA Middle East.

COYA Dubai will offer guests a delectable Peruvian set menu that includes guacamole and tortillas and a choice of soup to start with, followed by two small dishes, a main course, and dessert. Guests can choose from an array of starters including wild mushroom ceviche, kale and cucumber salads, wagyu and lobster baos, grilled skewers, crispy baby squid, seabass croquettes, and salmon tacos. The main courses include a selection of delectable dishes, each perfect for meat lovers and vegetarians alike. Diners can select from COYA’s favourites such as char-grilled whole sea bream, Peruvian dried potato and cauliflower, spicy beef fillet, corn fed baby chicken, Chilean sea bass, and beef ribs.

Priced at AED350 per person, the culinary experience ends on a sweet note as guests will be offered a choice of passion fruit cream and kunafa pastry, purple corn chicha morada, or churros with chocolate and dulce de leche sauce for dessert.
