COYA Dubai curates ahealthy and delicious Iftar set menu for Ramadan

March 31, 2021 | Dubai, United Arab Emirates:COYA, Dubai’s favourite Latin American restaurant, has curated a compelling newset menu for the upcoming Holy Month, filled with nutritional necessities for guests to ensure a nourishing and delicious way to break their fast.
Available for inhouse dining, takeaway, and delivery at AED 230 per person, guests are promised a delectable Iftar set menu of shared signature dishes including soup, salads, and grilled meats.

Guests will be offered dates to break their fast, followed by a choice of appetizerand soup.The selection includes cream of pumpkin and tomato soups, accompanied by delicious and healthy small dishes of kale and cucumber salads, mushroom ceviche, grilled baby corn or mushroom.
After a plentiful intake of nutrients from the beginning of the menu, the main courses are offered through a choice of five delectable options, each perfect for meat lovers and vegetarians alike. Patrons can select from: a succulent baby chicken, Peruvian dried potato and cauliflower with rice, beef ribs, char grilled sea bream fillet, and Chilean seabass. Completing the delicious meal is a dessert of Green Tea Meringue with pistachio, date cream, and apricot.
The Iftar set menu is available for dining guests from sunset until 7:30PM as well as for in house delivery with pre order until 4PM every day, for 4 guests and above; and on Deliveroo with options for 2 or 3 guests.
