Celebrating Dubai’s cultural landmarks at Arabian Travel Market 2021

The leading global event for the travel and tourism industry in the Middle East, the Arabian Travel Market (ATM) 2021 has been seeing a great response as it has been a launchpad for the travel industry for the coming times.

The Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (Dubai Tourism) has been continuing its role in enhancing Dubai’s position as a global hub for culture and creativity.

The pavilion that is set up at Booth 6 of Hall 3 has been supporting the culture and arts sector in the emirate, by shedding light on the emirate’s key cultural and artistic attractions.

The event, that kick-started today physically has been seeing a great response from participants. Dubai Culture is highlighting Etihad Museum –a national edifice and distinctive tourist landmark that carries the history of a nation and inspires visitors through the story of the founding of the UAE.

The Dubai Culture booth also highlights the Al Shindagha Museum and its details that navigate the depth of the Emirati heritage, boost the national identity, and provide its visitors with a journey into a beautiful past that bears the fingerprints of our forefathers.

Another interesting aspect of the Dubai Culture at ATM is precautionary and preventive measures, in line with COVID-19 that brings attention to this evolving cultural site via a QR code that would enable the public to navigate its details digitally.

With its participation, Dubai Culture is also highlighting the Emirate’s position as an attractive cultural centre for artists and entrepreneurs from all over the world as well as to support cultural tourism and the creative economy. Additionally, Dubai Culture is also celebrating the success stories of local artists, whether citizens or residents, to support them and attract international artists and art leaders to benefit from the opportunities for growth and prosperity offered by the city.
