Blendhub will participate in the Future Food Forum 2021 in Dubai (UAE) from 19 to 20 October. The platform serves as an international gathering for thought leaders to share best practices, review forecasts and address opportunities in the UAE’s food and beverage industry.

Blendhub will present its cloud data platform and multi-localised network of food production hubs to help food companies produce anywhere in the world without the need to invest in their own infrastructure. Its founder and chief executive officer, Henrik Stamm Kristensen will give a keynote speech on 20 October to explain how multi-localised food production and digitised supply chains are creating shared value for the food industry, consumers and the planet.

The Middle East is a strategically located and expanding market with a fast-growing population, which is generating huge growth opportunities for international food and beverage companies and investors.

New consumption trends are on the rise in the region, in a context of increasing consumer concern for health and the environment, such as alternative proteins, dairy alternatives and plant-based food products. At the same time, the UAE have very high standards, which require companies that want to sell in this region to digitise products and processes for more efficient quality control.
