Al Tayer said: The Dubai Urban Plan 2040 is based on the application of the concepts of sustainable transport, which is centered around people, through the establishment of 5 major urban centers in the city, in which more than 80% of the needs of the population are provided in a geographical vicinity that takes 20 minutes or less, on foot.
