Rafid Vehicle Solutions Company announced that users of the “Rafid” application to report minor traffic accidents increased by 155% in the first half of 2021, in addition to an increase in the number of minor accidents, during the same period, by 24%, as a result of the return of activity to the streets of the Emirate of Sharjah. The company received reports of 38,843 traffic accidents, which were also recorded, during the first half of 2021 in the streets of the emirate, and the response time for these accidents was 11.06 minutes. Failure to adhere to the lane, reversing without attention, neglect and lack of interest, and many other reasons despite the continuous awareness campaigns implemented by the authorities concerned with roads, transportation and public safety.
