Alpha Rajan & Partners, which has its headquarters in New Delhi, has set up an affiliate entity in Dubai to expand the firm’s regional presence.
The Dubai office will provide advisory and consultation services for clients in the Middle East and North Africa region. The firm’s co-founders Akshat Pande and Rajan Gupta, along with a partner and a senior associate, will lead the office.
Located in the International Free Zone Authority (IFZA), the new office will be further supported by international and United Arab Emirates-based consultants to help Indian clients set-up and manage operations, adhere to compliances and run their businesses successfully.
IFZA Dubai is an investment hub that supplies local and international businesses with a business-friendly tax environment, infrastructure and location to optimise the benefits of the UAE’s geographical position.
“We do a lot of work with clients from the MENA region,” said Gupta. “Clients count on us for prompt support and having a presence on the ground could be a real game changer for the firm. We wish to establish our presence in every major market over the next few years for which we are open for hiring or strategic partnerships.”
