Million Palm Beach Home Sold by Trust of Renowned Real Estate Investor!

Historic Palm Beach Property Commands Significant Sale Amid Booming Real Estate Market

In a noteworthy real estate transaction, the estate of the late Ronald Gross, a highly regarded real estate developer, has successfully sold a non-waterfront residence in Palm Beach for a staggering .5 million.

The property, located at 420 Brazilian Avenue, was purchased by IMLI Leaf LLC, a Colorado-based firm registered through O2B Services in Chicago. While the identity of the actual buyer remains under wraps, the deal reflects the ongoing vibrancy of the Palm Beach real estate scene. Renowned real estate agent Shelly Newman from the Corcoran Group handled the listing, though notably, the buyer opted not to engage a broker for the transaction.

Ronald Gross, lauded for his impactful contributions to both residential and commercial real estate, along with his late wife Eleanor, initially acquired the Brazilian Avenue home for .5 million in 2017. The charming property, built in 1924, offers a generous 4,200 square feet of living space, featuring four bedrooms and five bathrooms alongside an additional half-bath.

Initially listed for .8 million in May, this sale is part of a larger trend in Palm Beach’s lucrative real estate market, which is currently experiencing a bustling season. Notable transactions in recent weeks include billionaire beauty heir William Lauder’s successful sale of oceanfront lots for an eye-popping 7.8 million. Additionally, Marathon Asset Management CEO Bruce Richards recently secured a .5 million lot on which he plans to build an expansive 13,400-square-foot mansion near the prestigious Mar-a-Lago resort.

Moreover, philanthropists Alfred and Gail Engelberg also capitalized on the market by selling their picturesque lakefront home for .8 million, underscoring the thriving nature of property values in this sought-after region.

As the season continues to heat up, all eyes will remain on Palm Beach, where historic homes are finding new owners, and the demand for luxury properties shows no signs of waning. Whether you’re an investor, a future homeowner, or simply an admirer of stunning real estate, Palm Beach is certainly the place to be right now.
