Northern Hai Phong is set to enhance its infrastructure with a significant investment project.
The Hai Phong port city has approved a road construction project linking Ho Sen Street to the Quan Mau Intersection. This initiative is backed by a total investment exceeding VND 1.244 trillion (.8 million) from the municipal budget.
Hai Phong’s New Road Project Details
The project will be managed by the Hai Phong Transportation Works Construction Investment Project Management Board. It will span across Le Chan and Gia Vien Wards, covering a planned land-use area of 3.82 hectares. The construction will feature two main components: the roadway link in Le Chan Ward and the Quan Mau Intersection, which will connect both wards.
This thoroughfare aims to revitalize the surrounding areas within Le Chan Ward and is designed to complete a synchronized transportation network in line with the city’s master planning. It will establish a crucial east-west lateral axis, interfacing with the north-south Ho Sen–Lach Tray arterial routes.
